The Accommodation

As soon as you enter the house you are in the entrance hallway, the floor is stone and the ceiling has exposed beams, there is a cupboard for hanging coats and putting your shoes.

The kitchen is well fitted with a custom built set of cupboards and all including modern appliances such as a fridge, freezer, gas cooker, electric oven, dishwasher and lots of utensils.

The living room, also given the name of the drawing room, this is a huge room where you can really relax and dine also. Its open space offers you a fireplace sofas and chairs and French styled patio doors that lead on to the terraces with access to the gardens and 2 of the bedrooms. The ceiling is high and has exposed beams.

The terrace has its own dining room table and chairs, here is also the chance to have your own barbeque with dining furniture provided for the garden and terrace.

There are four bedrooms all having their own en-suite bathrooms, bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has 3 twin beds and both rooms are air conditioned. Bedroom 3 has double bed while the last bedroom 4 having 2 twin beds with a ceiling fan.

The garden is a feature in the house it is enclosed in a wall, and is found on two levels with uninterrupted views of the local countryside extending to Portugal and the Gredo Mountains. The garden has a number of terraces and garden furniture has been provided for all of them. The maintenance of the garden is included in the rental, and is every week. The garden has a unique water feature with lighting included to give the evening a glow.
